Sales Policy



Completed customer orders for items we have in stock generally ship within 24 hours.  However, although we keep a large inventory in stock, it may be necessary for us to order your product(s) from our manufacturer(s) and it may take ONE TO FOUR WEEKS for you to receive your order (add an additional week for shipping on international orders) depending on the manfacturer's stock levels. If we anticipate it taking longer, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you are in need of an order ASAP, please contact our customer service office at (866) 747-7020 to inquire whether your item(s) is in stock or needs to be ordered. We will only ship complete orders. If you need to have a partial order shipped, please contact us for additional shipping charges. 
Due to the varied locations of our manufacturers, some of which are located outside the United States, we cannot guarantee that any orders shipped directly from our manufacturers to our customers will always arrive in a timely manner. This is due to the fact that shipments crossing international borders may be delayed by the Customs Service, beyond both our manufacturers' and our control.  Please note that sometimes our manufacturers discontinue products without our knowledge. If you order a product(s) that has been discontinued, we will notify you promptly so that you may select an alternative product(s) or receive a full refund. If we do not have the item(s) you ordered in stock and it is necessary for us to order your product(s) from our manufacturer(s), we will collect a deposit from you equal to 100% of the total cost of the order (including shipping charges if applicable) at the time your order is placed with us. When the product is shipped to you, we will apply this deposit as payment towards your order. This deposit is fully refundable until the product is shipped and you may cancel your order at any time prior to that.

In addition, we do reserve the right to refuse to honor any customer orders in which are, in our opinion, suspect in terms of potential fraud, subject to pricing discrepancies, or other nefarious or questionable activity.  In these instances, any deposit taken will be immediately refunded and the order cancelled.

International Shipping & Free Shipping


All Free Shipping Offers apply to the standard domestic shipping methods we use - Federal Express Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail. The transit time for these methods usually takes 2-4 days once the order is filled. If you need an item sooner, you will be responsible for paying the cost between the standard shipping method and the one you elected.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. with a minimum $100 purchase (excluding skates). For ZUCA bags, both the frame and insert must be purchased to qualify for free shipping.  Shipping to U.S. locations outside the contiguous 48 states will be handled in the same manner as International Shipping described in the next paragraph.


Purchases over $100 that are shipped outside the U.S. will receive a discount on their total shipping costs equal to what the domestic shipping cost would normally be for the order.  International customers will be charged final shipping and handling costs based on weight of package, destination, and method of shipping at the time of shipping. Any difference between the final costs and the shipping deposit taken will be charged/refunded to your credit card at that time.  Please email us if you would like to know the estimated shipping costs (typically, total international shipping costs average between $40 and $60 - two to three times more for ZUCA bags - although this can vary widely depending on country of destination). Orders which qualify for free shipping are orders shipped within the United States only.

Finally, please note that orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to value added taxes upon arrival.  These taxes are imposed by the country of destination and Icessorize Unlimited has no control over whether a tax is imposed or the amount.

Return Policy


Icessorize Unlimited makes every effort to advise our customers on the sizing specifications of each of our manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit over the internet and we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are unavoidable. Regardless of the reason for the return or exchange, we will gladly reimburse you for the full price (no restocking fees) of the items(s) excluding shipping and handling providing the following conditions are met: 
1. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt with tags attached. Item(s) showing evidence of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

2. All opened packages of skating tights are non-refundable. In the case of manufacturer's defects, tights can only be exchanged for the same model and size. 

Custom Sized, Adult XX-Large and Crystaled/Stoned Dresses


Dresses which are custom made to your size and measurements or are greater than size Adult X-Large are NOT returnable.
Dresses which have stones/crystals added greater than 2 gross per your request and are therefore "customized" are also NOT returnable. We have some dresses in stock which we have pre-stoned with more than 2 gross and these dresses are returnable.  If you would like to have crystals added to a dress but are unsure of the size, we recommend ordering the dress without crystals and trying it for fit. Once satisfied with the size, you can then return the dress to us to have crystals added.
